Certificates of Deposit

Make the most of your savings with an FDIC-insured Certificate of Deposit. You determine the amount and time period, and receive a guaranteed rate of return on your deposit. We can talk you through current interest rates and help you decide the term that meets your financial goals.

Not only does putting money into CDs make sound financial sense, investing in CDs through Ohio State Bank makes saving simpler. Most banks can only insure deposits up to $250,000—meaning if you want to deposit more than that, you have to go to multiple banks and manage multiple accounts. Not with Ohio State Bank. Because we’re a member of a network of banks, the Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service ("CDARS") Network, you can deposit as much as you like with us. Your money is divided into amounts under $250,000 and distributed to other FDIC-insured institutions in the network. These funds are then put into CDs and fully insured by our partners, while still managed through Ohio State Bank.

Individual Retirement Accounts

Your retirement should be full of exciting new possibilities. Investing in an IRA now can help you prepare for what comes next. Our financial experts can talk you through these retirement savings options to decide what will work best for you.
